Product Overview
Our green coffee beans represent the finest quality from East Africa's premier coffee-growing regions. We offer both Arabica and Robusta varieties, each carefully selected and processed to meet the highest international standards.
All our green coffee is cupped and graded to SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) standards, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional flavor profiles that coffee roasters and buyers worldwide trust.
Arabica Coffee
Known for its complex flavor profile, bright acidity, and wine-like notes. Our Arabica beans are sourced from high-altitude regions (1,400-2,000 meters) with ideal growing conditions.
- Bright acidity and full body
- Complex fruit notes (blackcurrant, citrus)
- Clean, crisp finish
Robusta Coffee
Valued for its strong, bold flavor and higher caffeine content. Our Robusta beans offer excellent body and are perfect for espresso blends and commercial applications.
- Strong, bold flavor profile
- Higher caffeine content
- Excellent for espresso blends
Processing Methods
Washed (Wet) Process
Our signature processing method. Cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed to remove all fruit material. This produces clean, bright coffees with pronounced acidity and clarity of flavor—the classic Kenyan profile.
Natural (Dry) Process
Whole cherries are dried intact, allowing the fruit to impart sweetness and body to the beans. This method produces coffees with heavier body, sweet fruity notes, and sometimes wine-like characteristics.
SCA Grading Standards
All our coffee is graded according to Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) standards and Kenya's strict grading system:
AA Grade
Screen size 17-18, the largest and most sought-after beans
AB Grade
Screen size 15-16, excellent quality and consistency
PB (Peaberry)
Single round beans, prized for concentrated flavor
